ACTIVITY CHECKS
Activity Checks occur monthly on Panacea and are all conducted within this board. Members create a single topic and will track their activity each month within. At the end of each month, staff will award Royalty Points based on this activity! Royalty Points can be used in the SITE SHOP.
CREATE A NEW TOPIC
● Create a new topic in the Activity Check board. The title should be your OOC name followed by "Activity Check." For example: Aine's Activity Check. You can use any posting template you wish, or no posting template at all.
KEEP TRACK OF ALL CHARACTERS
● In your Activity Check topic, you'll keep track of all your characters. You can update it periodically throughout the month or wait until the end of the month when the Activity Check is called. The choice is yours!
EACH MONTH
● Every month, reply to your Activity Check thread. In your reply, indicate the month and list the required tracking information for each character. Repeat this process every month.
INFO TO KEEP TRACK OF
● For each character, list the threads they participated in for the month and include a brief summary of their activities (such as who they met and what they've been doing). Then, answer two questions:
1. Tally my Royalty Points: Yes/No
2. OOC Royalty Points are to be awarded to: @character
STAFF WILL TALLY ROYALTY POINTS
● If you select YES for your Royalty Points to be tallied, staff will calculate them for you and reply with the total points awarded to each of your characters based on their activity.
MONTHLY SPOTLIGHT
● The top three characters with the most points are featured in the next month's spotlight at the top of the banner.
