As seems to be tradition with the males in the Lévesque family, Xavier has gone prematurely white. He often attributes this to the stress of his upbringing (not that he would ever say that out loud) and he dyes it a shade of blue for now. It's the one small act of rebellion he allows himself, and his father dislikes it greatly.
eye color
Pale blue. He was once complimented on his eye colour and told it was the colour of a frozen pond in winter by a reporter. That has stuck with Xavier over the years and thinks it suits him very much.
height
Xavier is tall for his age and has almost hit six feet tall already. Apparently his coach is pleased with his continued growth as it helps with lifts for skating routines. Xavier has tall parents, so it's expected he'll continue growing taller.
body type
Thanks to many years of strict routine, training and involvement with different sports, Xavi sports an athletic build. He fights hard to keep himself at an ideal weight and often works out to help build muscle and strength. He is especially proud of his broad shoulders and will wear tighter tops while training to help show them off.
clothing style
Xavier has a very classy sense of style, which has been helped by his mother's eye for aesthetics and having a personal shopper. He prefers to wear classic and neutral colours and has a lot of his clothes tailored to suit his body type.

personality
hobbies
His peers would view Xavier as someone who is too serious about things. He is highly focused on his skating, doesn't like people who break the rules or cheat and seems to look down his nose at his classmates. It's hard, sometimes, to get a conversation out of him and Xavier gives off the vibe that he'd rather be left alone.
Teachers probably think Xavier is studious and appreciate that he doesn't cause trouble in their classes. Homework is always done on time and he participates in class when called upon. He's always strived for the best results he can achieve in each subject he studies and seems to be right on track for doing well at Panacea Academy. He is well-mannered and polite at all times, someone who definitely thinks before they speak or act.
To his older brother, Xavier is boring. He never seems to do anything that would be considered 'fun' or 'exciting' but his brother respects that he is ambitious and driven -- so he can't be truly faulted. Xavier and his brother get along civially but there isn't a lot of brotherly affection from Xavier's side, whereas his brother would put in more effort.
When it comes to his parents, there isn't much to say. They see their son as an extra, in case the first one fails but they don't truly know Xavier. They only encourage him to be filial and studious, which are they only things that matter to them. They overlook any small rebellions Xavier tries to have (with his hair colour and faovurtism towards skating) as long as he keeps his nose clean and his head down.
As for himself... Xavier doesn't know if he likes the person he has become, and some days he doesn't recognise himself. He's been strongly influenced by his parents and has a hard time breaking free from their rigid expectations. He knows he is too consumed by his love of figure skating and overworks himself at times, trying to juggle too much at once but it's easy to ignore when he gets the results he wants.
Connections with others are hard to form, and Xavier struggles when it comes to small talk. He's definitely someone who overthinks every interaction and rarely contributes to a conversation. A lot of people might assume he's quiet, but it's simply because he's missed his chance to add something, or it's a battle in his own head to know what to say. He has no interest in romance either, and prefers not to be bogged down by any potential distractions.
For now, he is just going to focus on school and skating and hope that everything just, sort of, works itself out.

hobbies
Outside of figure skating, Xavier only makes time for one other hobby - Ballet. He has been dancing since he was a toddler and, while he doesn't attend formal classes any more, he likes to continue dancing. He would claim it helps with figure skating, and it's one of the few outlets he has that helps him relax and forget about any pressures or stresses he has.

biography
The Lévesque family are old and proudly Québécois. The patriarch, Antoine, is a respected lawyer at a law firm in Wisteria City that his grandfather helped to establish, while Xavier's mother, Clementine, is a philanthropist and socialite.
Their first child, Xavier's older brother Gabriel, is seen as the golden child and heir to their legacy. Gabriel is showered with whatever love and affection their parents can muster while being pressured to go into law himself.
Xavier, the afterthought, is still expected to uphold the family name but doesn't have quite the same pressures -- aside from those he places upon himself. His mother says they 'allow' him to 'indulge' in his little skating hobby because they're hopeful it will come with some prestige. Like winning an Olympic medal, which has been Xavier's goal since he was a kid.
However, Xavier began his skating career as a soloist who made quite a splash onto the scene. He started with ballet, which his father disapproved, but his mother claimed with give him grace and decorum and then from there became interested in figure skating. Xavier was influenced by the Winter Olympics when he was a child and felt he could do that.
So that became his whole purpose.
Until an injury during a competition derailed this dream at the age of fourteen.
While trying to perform a difficult jump combination during his routine at some championship final, Xavier got hurt landed wrong, broke his ankle and crashed into the barrier. He was embarrassed at his failure and felt ashamed that he had performed so badly.
The rehabilitation for his injury meant he had to miss a lot of the remaining season and some of the next. His coach tried to encourage Xavier to get back onto the ice, but the idea of skating out there, alone, struck fear into him. The solution, then, was to pair him up with someone.
And this is where Xavier is now.
He has started his second year at Panacea Academy and his coach has found him a skating partner. It's very different to skating alone, and Xavier has to figure out how to navigate the forced proximity with his skating partner. He is dedicated to the sport and willing to do what it takes to keep skating, so Xavier has adapted his workout routines and made other lifestyle choices so he can become stronger.
Lifts, are, after all, so important in pairs skating.
Aside from skating, Xavier is focused on his schooling and doing his best to make his parents proud of him. He hopes to take his skating as far as he can, but he has plans to ensure he has a back-up as well (and maybe, he'll go into law like his father and brother).
