Hair Style
Short. Don't ask why, it is a long story, and one she will not rehash for the likes of you. Lets just say that it wasn't pretty.
Pink!! She picked it herself. Did the school rules say anything about dyeing your hair? She can't remember. Shoot. She doesn't really feel like telling you her natural color either.
Eye Color
Is it even possible to have red eyes? She has them. She thinks it is pretty strange. But whatever.
Height
None of your concern. But she is taller than most girls and not that tall for a guy either. (She tries to pretend to be taller than she is but she is 5'8" or around 172cm.)
Body Type
No one has ever accused Jade of being athletic, so shut it. A little on the thicker side, Jade likes to call her curves "more to love" and her thick thighs well... "more to love". Her ample chest, "more to"- you get the picture.
Style
Jade is a big lover of jewelry, make-up and bright colors.
She tends to wear things that don't particularly match, and has a hard time picking what she wants to wear for the day, so she'll throw it all on! She isn't afraid to rock those pink zebra stripe leggings your mom threw away in the 80s, and she will throw on any pair of leg warmers she can find.
Sometimes her makeup isn't perfect, and sometimes it is hard to cover up her zits, but bright colors and glitter often make it hard to notice the flaws in her skin.
Jade wears too many necklaces, too many bracelets, lots of earrings (and sometimes even shows up to school with mysterious new ones.) and too many rings. (Sometimes she even gets those funny green marks from her costume jewelry but it is a price she must pay for her wonderful fashion choices!)
Face Claim
None. I drew her on the app but some of the other icons and stuff are from dollmakers!

Personality
Hobbies
Around the school, Jade has earned herself a reputation as somewhat of a bully. She is mean, and filled with sarcasm and vitriol and doesn’t like being bothered for no reason. . She will not hesitate in calling people annoying, stupid, dumb or any plethora of awful names. Her skills in cutting someone down to size are almost unparalleled and because of this habit of hers, she has lost a lot of friends over the years, on top of having a hard time making any at all.
Jade is famously immature, stubborn and somewhat arrogant, with a horrible habit of never wanting to admit when she is wrong, even if she knows she has been bested. Even after an argument is done and she knows she has lost, she will resort to insults, or going in circles in order to make herself feel better.
But beneath her layer of seemingly endless nasty, is a somewhat insecure girl who has a hard time accepting herself. Even though her clothing and hobbies might suggest otherwise, she has a somewhat overwhelming sense of inadequacy that built up so high in her younger years that it is, to this day, a tall mountain to climb. She still feels self-conscious at times that her family is extremely poor, and that her clothes are mostly second-hand. She still gets jealous that she doesn’t get to go on fun trips to other countries for vacation and things like that, but getting to know this about her brings out a softer Jade.
This is the Jade who wants to make friends, but continues pushing people away. This is the Jade that is constantly frustrated with herself, wanting to take back the cruel words she says as she says them. This is a high school girl who is trying to improve herself slowly, but finds her immaturity often taking the wheel.
There is a side of Jade who loves to show off to those close to her the things she had made excitedly, and wants her friends to make things with her. At times the desire to dress her friends up the same way she dresses also sneaks out, and these days the alternate, more gentle side of Jade comes out more often.
Here is to hoping she will grow with you!

Hobbies
Fashion: Jade is a fashionista. Or so she claims. Most would say she has rather tacky taste in clothing, but she is having fun, so why knock it?
Piercing: Since coming from a more low-income middle school, Jade learned the art of illegitimate piercing. Is it sanitary? Not entirely. Is it fun? Hell yeah.
Studying: Shhh... Don't tell anyone. Jade truly doesn't feel like she belongs at this rich-ass school and she wants to proves she deserves to be there.
Jewelry making: Jade makes most of her own jewelry! Some pieces are pretty outlandish, while others are more muted. But she'd be willing to sell em to you for a price!
Cartoon Watching: She likes cartoons! Especially the ones she grew up on.
Makeup: She watches SOOOO much makeup tutorial videos and imitates fun styles to the best of her ability with what little makeup she can get her hands on. Experimentation is so fun!
♡ Likes ♡
Pink: She loves the color pink and you can tell. Don't worry. She doesn't need to tell you.
Boys: Though she'd never ever admit it, Jade is somewhat boy crazy. She has a tendency towards older men, but again. You don't get to know that. In fact, where are you getting this information!?
Earrings: You'd almost think that Jade has a set of earrings for every single day of the year. That of course, is not true at all! She just has a lot, and most are handmade!
Fashion Dolls: Jade still loves dolls. Barbies, Monster High, Bratz, you name it, she loves to watch people repaint them and make them into their own especially.
Her Family: Cliche. But she does truly love her family. Despite how she might act.
➴ Dislikes ➴
Cleaning: Yeah her half of the dorm room is a mess, so what? Yeah it makes her roommate mad, so what? Cleaning is annoying. She could be painting her nails or something instead.
Herself: Again, cliche, she knows. But man does sure get irritated listening to herself! Shut your mouth Jade!!!
Stink: Take showers boys!! Don't be stinky near her or she will yell and call you gross.
Fights: She has been in far too many. She will go for the hair real quick. Watch out!!!!
Bubble Gum: Contrary to popular belief, her beautiful long hair was not pulled out in a fight. No no. Right at the beginning of the school year she leaned against a wall that had bubble gum on it and it ruined her. Now she hates gum. Nasty sticky stuff. Wait she wasn't supposed to share this story here!
Acne: She is rather prone to getting annoying little whiteheads around her mouth at certain times of the month. She hates it, why can't she have perfect skin!?
Her Birthday: Why is it the day AFTER Valentines? Isn't that so unromantic?
Bits and Baubles:
Jade is of mixed descent: She has a bit of First Nation blood, African and European.
She watches a lot of doll makeover videos and regrets throwing her old dolls away.
Jade’s voice is a bit raspy for someone her age (think similar to Raven from the Teen Titans but with more emotion ofc) and she sometimes finds that embarrassing.
She is learning how to sew in her fashion design class and is really excited to make her own clothes.
As soon as she is able to afford it, she wants to get many really cool tattoos. She is planning a whole sleeve.
Jade genuinely wonders if her grandpa is a wizard. She has no idea how he got her accepted into such a prestigious academy on a scholarship no less. She calls it her “Grandpa’s Magic”.
Despite the rebellious aura she gives off, Jade hasn't ever really been much of a school rule breaker (aside from picking fights and bullying). She tends to have good attendance and does her homework. What a fake rebel.

Biography
Girl what? Jade is only renown for being a snot.
Biography
Jade’s family was never rich. Most of her youth was spent not knowing this. She had lots of friends in elementary school, and notions of rich and poor and haves and have nots was never really a concept for her. In fact, even as a young girl, Jade’s love for bright colors was apparent in how she mixed and matched her doll’s clothing and had a bad tendency of cutting up her own clothes to make new ones for them as well. (Much to her parent’s dismay.) Her childhood was, so to speak, a nice one filled with happy memories and for her, colored in her favorite bright colors.
But as Jade grew into her angsty pre-teen years, cracks began to form in her happy colorful childhood that showed the black underneath. Her big happy family home- was a trailer, surrounded by other trailers, a whole park of them. She began to wonder if it was weird that she lived with her mom, dad, two baby brothers, big sister, and grandpa in a one bedroom home, when most of the other kids seemed to live with just their parents in *real* houses. Her bed, which her momma helped her make into a tent so she could pretend to be a princess, pirate, or adventurer on the campsite, now felt like just a sad bottom bunk in the middle of the living room of her house. Her beloved dolls, her toys, her clothes, all became sad, tired hand-me-downs bought from the thrift store or leftovers from her big sister. She started to notice her mom’s bad habits that drove her father to work double.
Jade began to see what others had, and jealousy grew within her and it showed itself in forms of mixed anger.
She started to pick on students that she perceived had more than her. She acted out in school, and when brought to the office, overhearing the teachers mention “her home life situation,” her anger grew. Jade made more than a handful of student’s lives living hell, because of her perception that her own was “so much worse”. It wasn’t uncommon for her to get into fights for practically no reason, and as her bad reputation grew, she only felt more and more frustration and inadequacy grow inside of her.
This teen frustration even made it home to her parents, who she often acted unappreciative towards and took her anger out on. When her dad would pick up her clothes for the new school year, she would reject them, knowing that they weren’t new and name brand. Over time, she even tossed out her old favorite toys and all the things she’d made for them. A part of her old life simply tossed away.
In spite of her bad attitude and her bullying, there was one time a day where she felt normal, and that was when her grandpa would pick her up after school. The two of them would talk about all kinds of things, her babbling about cool brands, pretty shoes, and how nasty her school lunch was, and likewise, he would tell her about how he met her grandma, and how his day was and anything else that came to his mind. Even though he was worried about her performance and troubles in school and with her parents, he knew that his time with her was special and was one of the few times where she seemed to let her inner child back out.
But he began to work on a solution to the problem. He figured a new environment would do her good as she went into high school. He searched everywhere for options and through his hunts found out about a scholarship that would allow his grandchild to attend a prestigious boarding school. He wasn’t exactly sure if this would fix her problem but he gave it a shot anyway.
Jade’s middle school life continued in much the same manner until the end of her 8th grade year. She got pulled out of class early to be told that her grandfather had passed away. Hearing this news, her entire world changed. She felt as though her one most trusted confidant was stolen from her, and for a while, she shut down. This gave her victims some reprieve from her torture but teacher’s noticed her mood shift. They let her parents know and the rest of the year passed without change.
However, over the summer, her world changed again. She received a letter in the mail saying that she’d been accepted into Panacea Academy on a scholarship. At first there was confusion. She’d never even heard of the place, how on earth could she have been accepted into it. Then, the more she fished around, she realized something. This was her grandpa’s last gift to her.
She had no choice but to accept and move out of her trailer park home and into a new life.
Panacea Academy was quite the change of scenery for her. She was so out of her element that it legitimately made her retreat into a shell that she’d never had before. For the first time ever, she would hide away, and call her parents daily. The relationship she’d thought she’d ruined slowly began to amend itself. She grew closer to her siblings again and being surrounded by people who effortlessly had everything they could ever want or need allowed her to truly understand what it was that her parents- especially her father- went through in order to keep the family afloat in a pricey world.
But that doesn’t mean Jade has changed completely. While her angrier, middle school self has been somewhat calmed, she still finds it difficult to completely drop her younger self. She still lashes out at other students way more than she should, and even as a senior who has grown fairly used to the lavish world she is in, she still picks on rich kids and has earned herself a bit of a naughty reputation. But truly doesn’t torment kids like she used to, and has, without a doubt, found some friends for herself.
