Brendon stands at an average height for a fifteen year old. While he still harbors some boyishness in his appearance, his features are beginning to mature, showing signs of growing masculinity. He is a healthy weight, and though his body is beginning to develop lean muscle, there is still a softness to him that reflects his youth.

Brendon usually wears neutral colors like black, gray, dark brown, and white, preferring casual clothing that keeps him from standing out amongst his peers. He rarely wears shorts, even in the warmer months, and sticks with jeans in dark blue or black.

Brendon usually likes to be alone. He feels more at ease in quiet places, where he can escape the noise and chaos of life. He doesn't like crowded places and tends to avoid social interaction.


While he may appear disengaged, Brendon is actually quite observant. He pays attention to the his surroundings and the people in them, picking up on small details. He is often in his head with his own thoughts, and tends to reflect on his experiences rather than reacting impulsively.


Brendon often struggles with feelings of unhappiness, especially regarding his current living situation. He feels trapped and craves for more freedom, which he struggles to have due to his mother's constant presence in his life. This frustration often manifests as a sour mood.


He often carries a sense of defensiveness, which stems from a need to protect himself from being judged or facing confrontation. This can make him appear aloof or unfriendly.


Behind his reserved demeanor, Brendon hides many emotions. Even though he doesn’t show these feelings openly, they affect how he sees the world and how he interacts with others.

Summer - July 2nd

Brendon Redal was born into a wealthy family, with Fergus and August Redal as his parents. At eight, his father passed away unexpectedly during a business trip, leaving August widowed. The loss deeply affected both mother and son, in different ways. Brendon was disturbed by his father's death, struggling to cope with the concept of death.

August struggled with the death of her husband. She found solace in becoming overly protective and dependent on her son, and started to spend every moment with him. She became attached to his side day and night, even moving into his bedroom to sleep there instead of her own. She grew apprehensive about taking Brendon on trips, preferring to stay indoors with him, causing Brendon to miss out on a lot of family trip opportunities while growing up.

At first, Brendon was complacent. But over time, he grew to feel disturbed by her behavior. Finding it uncomfortable and strange, he eventually felt suffocated by her constant presence. He set boundaries, stopping her from entering his bedroom, but even then, he couldn't escape her. Every time he left his room, she was there, always lurking, with that desperate look on her face, silently begging for his company. It became... insufferable. He couldn't stand it. He couldn't stand her.

Brendon attended a small private school for both elementary and middle school. The small classes offered reprieve from his home life, but school came with its own challenges. While he didn't mind the quiet environment when teachers were instructing, he had a hard time making connections with the other students. He preferred to keep to himself and wasn't interested in making friends. Instead, he spent most of his free time at school listening to music and playing video games. After school, he found opportunities to go out camping, go on hikes through the trails, finding solace in the tranquility of nature.

Between the ages of twelve and thirteen, he spent as much time as possible out of the house. On the weekends, though, he made time for his mother, driven by the guilt. He would help cook a meal with her, play a board time, or just spend some time with her to show that he was making an effort.

During Brendon's final year of middle school, many of his classmates openly discussed a prestigious boarding school known as Panacea Academy. After looking more into it, Brendon realized it could offer him independence and the escape he needed from his stifling life with his mother. So, he took the opportunity.
