Years of bleaching her black hair for lavender dye has turned it lighter brown, and good maintenance has kept it from irreparable damage. The locks of hazel fall to her sides, oftentimes kept tied up in a simple pony tail with blunt bangs to frame her face. She generally keeps the style simple.

Her eyes have always been a bright amber colour, lightened from brighter brown over her childhood and teenage years.

Curvy and voluptuous; she is conventionally attractive and kept to a certain diet and regime during her idol and performer days. Although she maintains lean muscle from her exercise habits, she has a little more meat on her from no longer needing to worry about idol contraints.

personality
[break]
Polite. [break][break]
If anyone could sum it up in one word, it'd be that. Sweet, responsible and diligent would be more, although many people would argue that she's exactly as she is online as she is off. The face she wears is a paradox with a heart laid bare and hidden beneath layers of hardened skin. Though she was clumsy and naive in her youth, and though she has not lost her kindness, she knows better; she is more assertive than her teenage counterpart. [break][break]
Estelle is, and always has been, empathetic and non-judgmental. She is patient and motherly, in every sense of the word. Never has she raised her voice, never has she been aggressive. Her disappointment is more impactful than her frustration, and the extent of her care reaches past a teacher, to acknowledgement of a person. She, for all intents and purposes, makes it blaringly obvious that she is a well-manner, soft spoken, simple human.[break][break]
But she gives, gives, gives more than she takes; the idea of love has become lost to her. The years in the shark water industries has snuffed a flame out, somewhere, and she only lightly grasps and masquerades as the woman she used to be. Thus, she latches onto others to give her meaning, in the same way she did when she fell neck deep into fame. Though she loves to help students, and loves to share their feelings, stories and thoughts, she couldn't tell you if she does it for the selfless reason of wanting to help others, or wanting to give herself meaning through helping them. Estelle, though she acts human, still actively struggles to realize the meaning of it. [break][break]
She is vulnerable to falling back into being a workaholic, vulnerable to avoiding her own feelings, vulnerable to herself, and her inability to make and maintain meaningful bonds. Having been showered in the love of the media and enough people to fill a nation, Estelle struggles with her sense of self and now, ironically, her own independence.
[break]hobbies
singing & dancing is a big part of who she was, and who she is. Although she does neither as a performative career anymore, she'll happily do a little waltz around the kitchen or room when she thinks she's alone. Otherwise, she's more than happy to record her singing. Estelle, when she isn't working, frequently posts on her song cover channel Andromeda.
[break][break]
baking, despite her amateur cooking abilities. Admittedly, this is something she picked it up from Walther and never forgot. Though she has an expensive taste, she enjoys the simple cookies she bakes. Estelle, for better or for worse, likes to crudely carve out people's faces and draw them from memory with icing.
[break][break]
poetry comes naturally to her, with it being tied to lyric writing. Since going indie as a hobby, she's taken up a habit of writing her own lyrics and excerpts as poems. Sometimes she'll write them during a class intermission, sometimes she'll have sudden inspiration and write in a notebook.
[break][break]
stargazing has always comforted her, especially when she was younger. She'll more than happily find a quiet place to sit and stargaze, and by now has memorized the majority of constellations' names and positions.
[break]trivia
cannot swim and she has a slight fear of bodies of water ever since nearly drowning in the lake in high school. She's alright with shallow water, but deep water or the idea of getting near deep water puts a pit in her stomach.
[break][break]
diagnosed with anxiety on the note above. Estelle suffers from generalized anxiety, although she has received therapy and takes medications so it does not interfere with her everyday life.
[break][break]
has a white cat named mochi, who she loves and adores. She always keep a picture of her cat on her desk, and another picture of her on her lock screen.

biography
[break]
You were born fortunate. [break][break]
Not poor, never. You had enough food on your plate and a roof over your head. Your family owned a farm and you, in every sense, were a country bumpkin. Though you were put to work, you enjoyed the fruits of your labour (both literally and metaphorically). You were the eldest of four children, and your parents couldn't be prouder - they remind you all the time, in the same way you remind your younger family. [break][break]
You, looking back on your childhood, could chuckle wryly at the hardships you took. You pursued music for many reasons: money, fame, power and fortune (you achieved all of it, but you never did feel as alive as you were until you were on the stage). To you, music was your lifeline and your blood - yet as you grew older, came to understand that the nuances weren't as simple. Though you basked in the lights and the cheers and adoration, even after graduation, you were acutely aware of the rift it put between yourself, and the people you loved. [break][break]
The rift grew larger as you sacrificed ties with connections. You had achieved everything you wanted, yet the shark waters of high society, the media and public opinion began to weigh on you - it was something that you had worked through for so long, that you didn't realize how it ate, and ate, and ate. [break][break]
It stuck to you like a parasite, refusing to let go. It gnawed through your flesh and tore through your heart.[break][break]
The loneliness that came with the fame was insufferable. There came a point where people stopped calling you human and treated your presence like a god, worshipping you for each step you took. There came a point where fanatic wars were waged in your name, for your name, and for your adoration. No matter how you wanted to speak up and stop them, they would rampage, then would look for every blight in your career. You, who only wanted to make music, faced the public scrutiny no matter what music you made. [break][break]
You do not miss the idol life, especially not after leaving the scene. You did, however, retain your love for music. Thus, under another name, you began to record and post your own covers in addition to original songs. Although your fame allows you to make more money doing this, and the money you received from your idol years is more than enough for your full retirement, you turn your eyes back to simpler times - though this time, as an educator. [break][break]
When Panacea Academy, one of the many high schools you attended, opened its applications for a music teacher, you immediately applied. The anxiety you felt getting the interview callback was, admittedly, similar to the anxiety you felt from your first audition over a decade back. In the end, however, you got the job. [break][break]
And you're back at new, familiar gates.

My girl! Estelle! Has never been properly used anywhere outside of Panacea, and I haven't touched her in a good nine to ten years (oh god). I had to take a bit to read through my previous app for her, then I thought "hm, what life would she have faced after high school" and.. here she is, slightly jaded from the climate of social media. Honestly, the epitome of what is love, baby don't hurt me.
