It was time that she needed a break. Calls from family had always left her nerves tangled up and frazzled, a constant reminder that she had failed them. She had to claw her way back up to being the perfect child, had to make them proud so that she could face them once more. Could she achieve that goal? Or was she already too far past that point? Lilith didn't have the answer to that. Instead she merely slipped on the outfit that functioned like a comfort blanket for her nerves, and grabbed her koi shaped purse before setting off and to her desired destination. When she arrived she paid to get into the aquarium and finally....she could be relaxed. [break][break]
Behind the glass was endless amounts of water, beautiful creatures swimming and going about their days in captivity. Rocks and various plants were in their habitats, all different kinds to make sure they felt at home and safe. Her stress was muted as she fondly watched the fish and other creatures swim about, resisting the urge to reach out and feel the coolness of the glass that seperated them from her. A tiny and more peaceful smile crossed over her face, everyone else becoming a blur as she only focused on the water and the life within it. Just for a little while, the outside world didn't exist to harry her with stresses and worries. [break][break]
After a while of reading various information about the various creatures and gazing at the glinting scales and waving plant-life, she found a more lounge-like area. Sitting down for a minute, she pulled out her phone and scrolled through her her to do list as well as checking how much she had left for this month to spend. Should she also stop by the gift store? Sending a quick text back to her mother before standing up again, her gaze lingered once more on a colorful school of small fish. Maybe after staring a bit too long - her senses registered a voice, and she turned to look at the person with a polite but faintly confused expression. "Sorry, I was zoning out a little. Did you ask something?"
