[attr="class","biggieno"] [attr="class","textieno"] Oakwood Hall was completely transformed! It amazed Charlotte as she entered the once cafeteria, now a spooky festival dance! So many people were mingling about. Some already enjoying the evening night with their friends in the centre space. While others mingled about at tables, sneaking some of the drinks and snacks provided by the school to its students. Charlotte gaped at her surroundings, taking in the twinkling lights, the spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the entire vibe of Oakwood Hall. She was utterly floored by the amount of effort and design the school had placed for such an event. It made Charlotte happy she attended tonight! Otherwise, she would've been cooped up in her dorm, studying like a mad woman to catch up on her classes. But, as Charlotte moved through the room, taking particular care in viewing everything the festival had to offer, Charlotte couldn't help but feel out of place. Everything and everyone looked better than Charlotte. She didn't have any costumes or masks to wear as the poster for the festival had asked. Nor did Charlotte have very much money to spend on purchasing one for such an occasion. All Charlotte could do was buy some cheap material and make something by hand within the two weeks before the festival. Charlotte wasn't very skilled in sewing or paper-mâché, but she made what she could out of it. Charlotte dressed herself in a flimsy witch costume that was merely a horribly sewn dress and a patchy hat that didn't stand well on its own. She also wore a paper mask she crafted with some loose leaf, water and glue. Even that barely held up on her small face. A few hours passed, and Charlotte felt more and more awkward. Though she was happy to attend such an event, she felt unfit to be there. She began to scan the crowds of people, her hands fiddling with one another in an anxious motion. There had to be at least one person here she knew, right? Then there! Tall among the students stood the thick white hair she recognized. Even with his costume and mask, Charlotte was sure it was Aryn! She began her quick pace towards the familiar person. Everyone here had their friends and groups they knew. Charlotte just wanted to fit in among the crowd. Gently, she tapped the back shoulder of whom she assumed was Aryn. "Ex-Excuse me, are you Aryn by chance?" She asked meekly, her voice nearly washed away by the loud music in the room. NOTES:You can have the person be Aryn or you can say Aryn is somewhere else! And have Charlotte guess wrong! Totally up to you <3 [attr="class","iconieno"] [newclass=.biggieno]margin-left:-300px;[/newclass][newclass=.textieno]margin-top:-425px;margin-bottom:150px;width:300px;height:400px;padding:10px;background-color:#fff;border:solid 1px #b7b7b7;color:#939393;text-align:justify;overflow:auto;margin-left:610px;font:11px calibri;[/newclass][newclass=.textieno::-webkit-scrollbar]width:10px;background:#fff;[/newclass][newclass=.textieno::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb]background:#b7b7b7;border:2px solid #fff;[/newclass][newclass=.iconieno]margin-top:-240px;margin-left:-220px;margin-bottom:50px;[/newclass][newclass=.tagsieno]font:11px calibri;color:#b7b7b7;margin-top:-80px;margin-left:-40px;margin-bottom:40px;[/newclass]

[attr="class","adrie-cover"] [attr="class","adrie-ban"] [attr="class","adrie-lyric1"]Aryn with his contact issues(ignore the fact that it's kakashi sometimes pictures in costume are hard to find) [attr="class","adrie-b"] [attr="class","adrie-c"] [attr="class","adrie-lyric2"]Aryn looking down to see Charlotte [attr="class","adrie-content1"] [attr="class","adrie-content2"] [attr="class","adrie-img"] [attr="class","adrie-img2"] [attr="class","inner-finally"]Why did he do this to himself Aryn thought as he stared at the costume on his bed in front of him. He knew the real answer was that his mother had pressured him into going to the ball. Well, he thought "pressured" wasn't as accurate as she had outright demanded that he go to the masquerade ball. At least she had let him pick out his costume, even if he starting to regret the complicatedness of the borderline cosplay-quality outfit he had picked out. Aryn may not show it to everyone but he had a more nerdy side especially when it came to the shows he liked to watch and anime was his guiltiest pleasure, especially Naruto. His favorite character was Kakashi Hatake and while that may have been a lot of people's favorite he wasn't ashamed of it in the slightest. He had always thought the character was cool and had white hair just like himself. Aryn sighed to himself as he slipped out of his everyday clothes and began to don the dark blue clothes that made up the base layer of his costume. Aryn was thankful that his mom at least knew his size as the clothes fit perfectly. As he began to adorn himself with all the accessories that came with making the costume perfect he began to get even more excited for the masquerade. As Aryn finished putting them on he walked out of his room and into the dorm restroom and stared at the color contacts his mother had also purchased because she knew every little detail mattered to him. He had never needed glasses outside of the sunglasses he usually wore because his eyes could be just a little too sensitive to the sunlight, so the idea of sticking these foreign objects in his eye didn't appeal to him in the slightest. He was weighing that fact against wanting to portray the character as accurately as possible when he finally decided he was going to at least try. He read the instructions for inserting the colored contact lenses and they didn't seem that difficult. He ripped open the box finding the small plastic containers that held the contacts. The Sharingan design on them was just like Kakashi's! He couldn't have been more excited even if he was a little concerned for the process itself. As he opened one of the two containers the liquid splashed out from the pressure seal keeping them fresh and intact he stared at the contact anxiously. He took a deep breath before using his finger to slide the contact out of the container and resting it on the end of his index finger. He looked at it from the side to make sure the ends were not flaring showing that he had it facing the right direction. Aryn pried open his left eye's top eyelid and eased the contact towards his exposed eye watching himself in the reflection of the mirror. As he moved his hand towards his face and brought the contact to its desired position, the cool moisture of the liquid touching his eye caused him to flinch and lose his grip on his eyelid, causing his eye to be able to close and fold the contact in on itself. Aryn cursed as he put his free hand up to his eye and both of his eyes began to water from the irritation. He carefully pried the contact back to its original open position and made a second attempt. As he was more prepared for the shock of the contact touching his eye he managed to not flinch away and felt the contact latch on. He moved it around a bit before being satisfied that it was in there and removed his finger. Luckily the contact stayed in, but his eye felt slightly like it was on fire. He chalked it up to the solution that the contact was sitting in and chose to ignore it as he went to grab the final three pieces of his costume. He adorned the vest, mask, and headband with no struggle and proceeded to the masquerade ball. As Aryn arrived at the location for the ball he was floored by all the effort the school had gone through in preparation. The Oakwood Hall looked completely different, but amazing with all the decorations. They had even managed to hang spiderwebs from the ceiling. They had spared no effort in lighting either: the room had an ethereal feeling with all the purples and blues, not to mention all the strobe lights flashing. As Aryn was staring at all the people in their fantastic costumes it occurred to him that he had forgotten a part of his costume. In all the effort to get the contact in he had forgotten to use the makeup set his mother had purchased for him to do the scar that was supposed to be over his left eye. Aryn was just beginning to beat himself up about it mentally when he felt a light tapping on his shoulder followed by a meek voice asking "Ex-Excuse me, are you Aryn by chance?" He turned around and looked down to see a small blonde girl in a white witch outfit with a beautiful hand-made paper mask upon her face. Had he not recognized the voice he might not have even known who the person standing before him was. "Yes, I'm Aryn is that you Charlotte? I love your mask! Did you make that yourself?" Aryn couldn't imagine the effort that went into making the mask by hand and as he looked at the witch costume he began to wonder if she had made that herself as well. Wait! Charlotte is a girl she might have makeup stuff on hand! "This is going to sound completely random, but do you have a makeup pencil by chance?" Aryn asked hopefully. Maybe she could save his costume yet. --- Charlotte Light[attr="class","bottome-acc"] [attr="class","adrie-note"] [newclass=".adrie-cover"]background:#f3f3f3;border:solid 1px #dcdcdc;width:450px;padding:10px;margin:0 auto;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-ban"]position:relative;z-index:0;border-bottom: 20px solid #364564;width:450px;height:200px;overflow:hidden;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-lyric1"]font-size:8px;color:#fff;letter-spacing:4px;position:absolute;text-transform:uppercase;font-family:roboto;text-align:right;padding-top:6px;margin-left:12px;text-shadow:1px 1px 0 #555,-1px -1px 0 #555,1px -1px 0 #555,-1px 1px 0 #555,3px 3px 5px #555;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-lyric2"]font-size:8px;color:#fff;letter-spacing:4px;position:absolute;text-transform:uppercase;font-family:roboto;text-align:right;padding-top:6px;margin-left:140px;text-shadow:1px 1px 0 #555,-1px -1px 0 #555,1px -1px 0 #555,-1px 1px 0 #555,3px 3px 5px #555;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-b"]width:0;height:276px;overflow:hidden;margin-left:-50px;transform:skew(-20deg);transition:width 1s ease;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-cover:hover .adrie-b"]width:600px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-c"]width:590px;height:200px;transform:skew(20deg);margin-left:-78px;background-position:114px 0;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-content1"]background:url(https://i.imgur.com/n9UllSp.png);padding-top:40px;margin-top:-50px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-content2"]font-size:10px;line-height:14px;color:#666;padding:40px;background:rgba(255,255,255,0.7);text-align:justify;font-family:arial;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-bg"]background:#f1f1f1;border:solid 1px #eaeaea;width:150px;margin-top:10px;height:400px;background-attachment:fixed;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-heads"]font-size:10px;text-transform:uppercase;font-family:roboto;letter-spacing:1px;background:#f9f9f9;color:#444;font-weight:900;border:solid 1px #ececec;width:115px;margin-top:20px;font-size:9px;margin-left:5px;padding:10px 0px 10px 20px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-icon"]transition:0.2s all;opacity:0;position:absolute;margin-top:16px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-note"]font-size:8px;text-align:center;font-family:roboto;letter-spacing:3px;opacity:0;transition:0.9s all;padding-top:18px;transition:0.7s all;color:#fff;text-transform:uppercase;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-note a"]font-size:8px;font-family:roboto;color:#fff!important;letter-spacing:3px;text-transform:uppercase;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-solid"]background:#ca3f46;height:20px;margin-top:3px;[/newclass] [newclass=".bottome-acc"]background:#364564;background-attachment:fixed;height:50px;margin-top:-25px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-cover:hover .adrie-note"]transition:0.6s all;opacity:1;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-img img"]margin-top:-80px;position:relative;position:absolute;margin-left:-30px;[/newclass] [newclass=".adrie-img2 img"]shape-outside:circle(50%)!important;float:left;[/newclass] [newclass=".inner-finally"]padding:20px;[/newclass]
