Arus is 5'11. At times he feels like he was shorted by his family's genetics, but he isn't by any means a short person.

Well-Balanced: Arus hasn't changed much since his formative years at Panacea, but the rambunctious young man of the past has certainly grown. He is still an energetic person. He still wakes up at 5:00am to go on a one mile run to start off his day. He has gone against the grain of most adults and relies solely on the endorphins released during his run to wake up. Well, the cold shower afterwards helps as well. Even through a normal work day, he still finds the stamina necessary to lift weights and a bit more cardio before the day is done.

Eccentric: He can be a bit strange to most people upon first blush, but this is only initially. He is only strange because everyone else around him seems to be a bit too plain. They're a bit too alike to one another and he always seems to be the different one amongst the crowd, which helps him stand out. His conversational skills, well timed quips and his ability to make others laugh generates a sense of comfort for people around him. He is comfortable with engrossing others into his discussions and doesn't mind listening to others opinions as long as they return the favor with his own points.

Introverted-Extrovert: It might seem like Arus is an extrovert of the highest order, but he certainly a person who enjoys time alone and at home. Truthfully, he only goes out when the occasion calls on him to. Parties, Dinners, social events, etc. are all fine with him, but only if they are scheduled in advance. He can do the random dinner invite or social call, but generally he likes to prepare his social battery for it.

Writing since he was a freshman, Arus has written down a variety of stories into notebooks. He has an entire bookcase dedicated to his past works. It serves as a motivator for him to see how far he's come from his early days as a writer.

Video games is something most people indulge in currently and Arus is no exception to this. He has found many interesting RPGs to dive into and enjoy the many interesting stories that other writers come up with. At times it has been used to spark his own creative interests.

Singing this is more of a talent than it is a hobby. He enjoys listening to music whilst writing. He can't help it if he happens to sing a few notes while engulfed in his writing. Thankfully this hasn't been a public display because he tries to limit his writing to the privacy of his own home. Who knows what could happen if he's out and about and the muse hits him.

Since graduating from Panacea, Arus returned home to help his family. His family had purchased a conglomerate of apartment complexes in Arus's hometown and needed help from all members of his immediate family to help ensure things would run smoothly. It doesn't take much out of his day to day life, but at sporadic times it can rear its ugly head and ruin social plans for him and others.

Thankfully, his passion for writing never wavered and he attended and graduated from his city's best four-year university. He graduated from the Creative Writing Honors course and published numerous shorts in the school newsletter for readers to consume. His writing skills continued to developed throughout those years at college. This allowed him to secure a rather quaint job as a ghost-writer. He helps other writers with plot-holes, editing and occasionally he will write a novel for an author who may not have time to do so.

Ghost-Writing gave him the time needed to help his family ensure their property purchases did not fumble. They were able to pay off the loans they took from the bank and various friends and family members. This basically secured a pretty sizeable nest egg for Arus and his siblings, but it wasn't without some losses.

Both his parents had passed a couple of years ago, due to various health complications and possible overwork. His parents were never one to sit on their laurels and wait for success to come to them. They worked hard from day till nightfall. This didn't leave a lot of time for Arus and his parents to bond, but they instilled within him a foundation for a level head in life.

He continued to work for his family and lived in his hometown for several years before he decided to make a change for himself. He didn't know what possessed him to do it, but he took a a gander at his Alma Mater's website and noticed there was an opening for a teaching position. His fond memories of his formative years at the academy swelled within him as he clicked on the button, "Apply Now." It didn't take him long to finish the application and wrote a gentle reminder to the staff about his graduation from the prestigious academy and his accomplishments since.

He didn't recall just how much time has passed since he applied, but he remembered getting the email about his employment. It came in the form of an email, that contained PDF files of what was expected of him as a teacher and other onboarding materials. He didn't mind the reading material because he was ecstatic about returning to Panacea Academy and finding out what new adventures and memories lied in wait for him.

My activity can fluctuate due to external factors from the forum. I'm a High School English literature teacher, a business/property owner with my family and I currently run a 130+ member community across 1-3 video games.

With proper plotting between me and my thread partner, I can be inspired to write and reply at a variety of times. I am using this forum and RPing to destress from my other activities in life, so I welcome any and all thread partners.
