So you probably know the story of his first appearance into the PA, right? Once everyone had gotten settled in their respective dormitory, 8 PM, there was a sound of sizzling, heavy smoke was billowing from the roof, next to the chimney.
The dude was making some grilled vegetables at top of the dormitory's roof and even was offering them to the staff members below.
He was suspended for a day after that, but his behavour hardly changed, as most came to know.

Being in the prestigious Academy has it's ups and downs, you'd get high-class facilities, Grade-A Staff Members, Kids that come from Influential Families.
On the flipside. It's quite hard to get into trouble without coming first into trouble from the Academy, and your parents.
So, what about the guy who is all into making some trouble? Let's say there's an Arrogant Douche you want to get back to? March will expose all of it's dirty secrets. Need smuggle some Beer into the dorm? March will find a way and make it into a business! You make your call, and March will make an appropriate price for his efforts!

You can also just hang out. He likes company and despite what people say, he sometimes has his peaceful moments and I don't mean by he snoozes a lot.
