Oh it was a very good night to throw a concert in one of the many abandoned factories in the shit side of town. Luckily for them tonight, the turn out was amazing. Close to eight hundred people turned up to this place. One because the venue was rare and just awesome for a metal concert and two the band going first was a decent start up that his band likes to bring along a lot because the guys are just that good. Koda always did think they should be bigger and hopefully get their chance to shine one day. But as for right now they are a kick ass opener.
Despite it being on the cooler side for this night. Koda still wore a tank top showing off all of his tattoos. Barely any skin could be seen between all of them on his arms. His long hair tied in his signature tight pony tail while on stage. As his band took the stage as the LED sign changed to their logo which at the moment was just their name. Lame but it works well.
As the crows was already pumped up from the first act. And now it was their time to really blow the rood off. As it was already nice and loud in this tiny space. As the the music bounced off every wall making the whole place swell in their sound.
As about an hour passed with them constantly playing song after song from their 4 albums. Until the last song. Which was near and dear to Koda's heart. As it was like a look back on his life and experiences that has he has been through so far put into a song. As it was one of their most famous songs out there to boot so it had to be the last song of the night right? Plus the guitar rift he made for this song, he just thinks its one of his best works. Heavy but melodic at the same time.
As the song played out you could see the entire band so invested in what they had created. Koda sweating his ass off shredding on the guitar but also hitting every high note that come up. His bassist just nailing it. the other guitarist just shredding. His unclean vocalist reaching new heights with every album. And his drummer, he is what brings it all together to make a banger of the last song of this set.
After the set Koda and his band retired to the room in the back, which they think used to be either the managers office or ceo's. Who cares anyway as it was cozy for right now. As for the most part, the sound guys just start playing filler music as people start to file out of the venue and clean up starts. While most of the band just hangs out the rest of time. Some people with backstage passes usually come in now and get to hang with the band for a bit too. Most of the time Koda didn't give them the time of day as most were just annoying. But he did always say hi and thank you. Koda might be an asshole but he isn't rude to people that have come all the way to see his band play.
As most people were busy, Koda reached into his jacket that was hung up for his lighter and cigs and walked out of the room. As he did he heard some commotion near by. As he walked by he saw one of his security grabbing a girl. As Koda just looked at them. He noticed her stage pass but wondered why the guard was throwing a fit. He just sighed. "Marcus, put her down." Koda said from down the hall from where the two were fighting.
"But sir-" was all the man could get out.
"Put. Her. Down." Koda had to repeat as he just stared at the poor man just doing his job. The stare was one of malice. Plus in the dim light of the place, his amber eyes almost looked devilish red. As the man did what he asked and put her down. "Now fuck off back to where the other guards are, okay little boy." Koda waved his hand in a shooing motion. As he put a cigarette up to his mouth and lit it as he walked towards the window and leaned against it blowing some smoke out. The smoke from his lungs carrying into the night sky.

D etention .. Kseniyev always hated detention . She insisted it was never her fault when she was there , yet , in her mind , rules were made to be broken . She also thought the cursing rule was really stupid , they shouldn't be limiting the students right to free speech here . I mean , Kseniyev cursed in every other sentence , why wouldn't she be upset ?
Though , today , she couldn't be here . She let a F - bomb slip while arguing with faculty , and she was caught . She nearly begged the teacher to not throw her in detention , even apologizing , something Kseniyev was too prideful to do , but her efforts were futile . No offers to help in class , or suggestions to take time out of her electives . Straight to detention she went .
Today was the day that her favorite band , Sorrow Forge , would be performing . More specifically , her favorite guitarist and vocalist ever , Koda Dalton . Just thinking about him had her smiling like crazy ... Which was why it was more crucial than ever to get out of here ! She really couldn't miss this performance , she would never live it down if she did .
She waited until the person who oversaw the room left . Now was her chance . She grabbed her bag and tiptoed out of the room , making sure no one was in sight while she did . To the other occupants of the room , she gave them a death stare . They were familiar with her . They knew about all the fights she got into , that she was willing to throw hands at any moment . She knew they wouldn't say a word , Kseniyev didn't have to spew out her typical venomous words .
Once she was out of the school , she ran as fast as she could to the venue they were hosting their performance at . With the speed she was running at , you would've thought she did she track . Some things fell out of her bag as she was running , but there was no time to care about that . She had her phone out , looking at the directions . The last time she was here , she had gotten horribly lost . That wasn't going to happen again .
By the time she got there , Sorrow Forge had played most of their songs . Fuck , she missed everything .. Well , she thought she missed everything , until she recognized a certain beat of the drums . This was their most infamous song , and Kseniyev's favorite song of all time . Excited was an understatement for how she felt . She cheered her head off , singing ( aka screaming ) along to the lyrics . The band looked amazing as ever , especially Koda , with all of his tattoos ... he was so dreamy .
With the amount of people in the venue , it took Kseniyev a lengthy amount of time to go backstage . She had a backstage pass hung around her neck , so there shouldn't have been any problem . Still , she was grabbed from behind , being lifted off her feet by a security guard . She was kicking , fighting , arguing , anything to get out of his grasp .
Someone interrupted them , ordering him to let her go . It was a familar voice . When she looked to see who it belonged to , it was Koda himself . The Koda Dalton ?! Saving her from this dumbass security guard ?! She felt like swooning ! He always looked so good when he threatened people , it was a part of what made him so charming to her .
She went up to him a while after , rummaging through her bag to get a pen and notebook out . They both had Panacea's name and logo on it . ❝︎ Koda ! Th- Thank you so much ... I'm a big fan .. could I have an autograph ?! ❞︎ | Mood : ecstatic Outfit : school uniform PENNED BY SYLV |

Koda blew the smoke out of the window of this abandoned factory. It really had been a banger of a gig. As he looked out into the night sky just wondering if his band thought the same. They seemed to have a great time too. These feelings wouldn't last long though. As Koda rarely showed this sentimental side.
But his thoughts were interrupted by the same girl that was just having trouble with the guard a moment ago. He took one last drag of the toxic substance before flicking the butt away. As he just glanced at her. Not even turning to look at her. "Shoo." he responded as he repeated his motion he did with the guard. He wasn't one to really give out autographs at all to be honest. Nor really interact with fans. If it was like a meet-up then yea he would. But after a concert, for him, was time to reflect on his life. Not that it would change his outlook or make him act better. But keeping all that hatred, sadness, and sheer anger bottled up allowed him to fuel the songs he creates.
As he was about to move back into the room with his band. As he glanced over at the girl still there. As he looked her over for a moment. As he looked at the notepad in her hands. As sighed and went to grab it to actually give her an autograph. He noticed bot the pad and pen both had P.A's name on it. As instead of grabbing her notebook. He grabbed her wrist.
"Heeeh." he hummed as he now actually gave her attention. Hell she was still in her uniform. "So what is a little school girl doing out so late. And in a pretty shit part of town. Just for me?" he said as he just leaned closer. His eyes just starring into her own red ones. He was now interested, so he would at least show her the slightest bit of attention. At least right now. The wrist he was holding was not tight, so if she wanted to break free she easily could. But somehow with how she looked at him. She wouldn't move a muscle.

K seniyev could stare at him all day if she could . Man , he looked absolutely stunning , with the moonlight shining on his gorgeous face . Oh , how she regretted nothing while coming here ! She'd pay for this view alone ! She'll take days of eternal punishment if it meant that she could see him !
She didn't even notice that he told her to go away , not even the hand motion he made . He could ignore her for the rest of the time she was here , and she wouldn't care one bit . She still held the pen and paper , in hopes that he'd actually sign it , but at this point , gracing it with his presence would be all that she asks for . Suddenly , he turned around , looking at her and the things she was holding . Could it be ?! Was he really about to give her an autograph ?!
Just as she was getting excited , she saw that Koda's hand wasn't going towards the notebook ; it was headed to her wrist . He grabbed it , Kseniyev feeling his warm , yet loose grasp on it . Her cheeks grew hot , blood flowing to stain them red . She was never going to wash that wrist again .
❝︎ Had detention , snuck out for the concert . I couldn't miss this shit for anything ! , ❞︎ she answered , her heart skipping a beat . It was one of her biggest idols , grabbing her and talking to her .. She felt like melting .
She couldn't move an inch , even if she wanted to . The way he leaned in , his sweet voice being music to her ears . She felt herself frozen in place . She didn't dare break contact with him , but it sure was both amazing and intimidating . | Mood : ecstatic Outfit : school uniform PENNED BY SYLV |

Koda kept ahold of her as she spoke. Heh detention. Brings back some fun memories. Getting into serious trouble back in his days at the school. Hell his detention record probably hasn't been broken. It was a miracle he wasn't suspended during his time attending. But some of the teachers would vouch for him knowing what he grew up with. So he was bound to make a disturbance or two.
Koda really was the biggest trouble maker of his class. Rumors did always spread like wild fire whenever he was involved. Granted he is a very hard person to get a read on and approach so. As he finally let the poor girl go. He just took the pen and notepad. "So I assuming they still hold detention in one of the English classrooms" he paused as he handed her notepad back with a a stunning signature. Super neat cursive surprisingly. But he did learn it from his grandma so his signature was just stunning. Probably the only proper thing about him.
"If it is, the bookshelf the teacher has in the back. My initials are carved into the third shelf...now that i think about it. Most of that shelf is carved by me." he chuckled to himself. Letting her figure out that he indeed went to P.A just like she is now. As he just started to walk away knowing she would follow after putting it together.
As walked back towards to the stage room that was empty by now. As he climbed the stairs letting the sound crew do their job. As he just sat at the edge of the stage letting his feet dangle over the side. His arms stretched behind him as he leaned back for support. "Ask away. I know you are dying to know what other secrets about that school." he laughed to himself. As he was now fine interacting with the girl after finding out she went to P.A. He was now a tiny bit interested.

U nfortunately , he had let her go once she stopped speaking . She would've been perfectly fine with being trapped in his grasp . As she spoke , she couldn't help but look into his eyes . She had never been this close to a band member she liked before .. especially not the Koda Dalton . It all felt like a fucking dream to her .
She did look a little confused when he mentioned the school holding detention in one of the English classrooms. Mainly because he was right . But .. how the fuck did he know that ? It's not like he went there , right ? Nah . He had to have gone to some music school , she thought .
❝︎ Yeah , stupid ass English class as always .. ❞︎ she replied , holding the now autographed notebook to her chest . His signature was beautiful , not something she was expecting from a metal band member , but beautiful nonetheless .
Then , came the reveal . Koda himself .. went to Panacea Academy . Kseniyev was fucking floored ! Her , going to the same school as one of her idols ?
❝︎ The third shelf ? I'll check that out for sure . ❞︎ She really was going to . How could she not ?
Suddenly , a suspension sounded terrible to her . She always said she hated that damn school , but if he went there .. it was a different story . She went after him , following him as if he were a queen , and she , a worker ant . She didn't know if she could sit down next to him , maybe lean onto the wall to look cool , so she just .. stood in front of him . Like a weirdo . It was a stark contrast to how she actually acted in school .

He sat back letting his arms brace himself as he just looked around the now empty space. Koda loved coming back on stage after everyone left to see just how many people truly were here. This wasn't the biggest venue out there. But to pack that many people into such a small place. With loud music blaring. It always made him think he made the right choice and pursuing this foolish dream.
Thinking back to his high school days was pretty nostalgic. As he met most his band there too. Two in detention actually. And the third Koda and him always got into fights. Would usually show up in front of a teacher with swollen eyes and bloody noses. Some good days then. Not a worry in the world unless it was a Friday or Saturday night and trying to find something to do. As he looked at the school girl just standing there.
"mmmm." he hummed trying to remember the spots. "I don't know if the new security guys walk around there all that often." he paused as he just patted the ground next to him letting her know it was fine to sit, she didn't have to stand. "But near the sport complex, the archery field. Behind it, the little woods area, is a pretty good spot." he shrugged. "Honestly don't remember it that well." he chuckled out.
"I usually just broke into an Idol's room in the girls dorm and hung out with her until a teacher caught me." he laughed remembering all the times he broke into Estelle's room just to chill. Koda and her were pretty good friends in the past. Surprisingly so? Probably their love of music connecting them. Also the fact that Koda loved to tease her too.
"yea good hiding spots are rare. I usually just went off campus. Most of my detentions were from braking curfew to be honest." he sighed. "Stupid ass rule if you ask me. I went there all four years. And like most of my detentions were from breaking curfew." he laughed as he started to remember all the shit now. "I mean when I was a senior. Legit came back at five in the morning and was almost suspended for that. Like I came back at least." he laughed as following the rules, were not Koda's strong suit.

A fter getting the a - okay to do so , Kseniyev sat down next to him , still in disbelief about this whole situation . Yes , she knew she'd get to see the band by buying a backstage pass , but she didn't expect to be having a conversation with him ... she definitely wasn't complaining . She put her elbows on her knees , resting her head in her hands .
❝︎ Hate those security guards... One of the archery members shot one of their dumbass arrows at me , so I fought that bitch , ❞︎ she remarked , a little annoyed , ❝︎ I'm in the woods a lot though , I'm sure I just passed by it without noticing . ❞︎
Huh , to think that she could hide in the same place that Koda's been before . I mean , if he wasn't caught , she should be fine . There'd finally be a place for her to smoke without that stupid fucking janitor catching her ! And giving her some shitty tally mark . What a pain . And he was breaking into other girls' dorms ? I mean , he could break into her dorm any da - Nothing . Nevermind . Anyway , it looked he knew other famous people from there , too . She wondered how many future famous people PA's current class would have .. she could already think of a few who'd end up homeless .

His eyes shifted to her from the ceiling as she spoke. We defiantly have a little rebel on our hands. Fighting someone, and so on. Seems like she just Koda 2.0 at this point. Granted he was a tad worse than just fighting. Mentally pinning the blame on shit he did on others. Making the teachers really hate him for shit he would pull. Its a miracle they are even willing to buy his old gear he doesn't use. Probably only cause it is cheaper than buying new.
"Well look at who surrounds you when you are there. Most are preppy kids that were born with a spoon shoved so far up their ass that it is insane." he shrugged assuming it was probably still the same old school he went to back in the day. Preppy type kids walking around like they own the place. Another reason Koda always got in trouble. He would just nag them on to do something so Koda could retaliate.
"I was lucky enough to go school with some people that I actually enjoyed being around." he said referring to his band as he met most at the school. They were the rejects anyway. "If I didn't probably would have wound up in jail or six feet under." he shrugged knowing his mouth could get him into some serious trouble. Not only that he just doesn't care about much in the first place.
As he looked at her with his amber eyes, "But if you need a place to chill with like minded people. You can always come hang at our studio." he shrugged, As he reached into his pocket to grab his pack of cigs. Taking one out and lighting it up. Not caring they weren't by a window or anything. As he placed as hand on her head. "Just don't get into too much trouble ight?" was all he said. Knowing that he didn't have to explain it too much. As she is on the same path he was on when he was her age. But friends and people that cared made the difference for him. So he thought giving her a place to chill was probably for the best even if the age difference was almost ten years. But having even one person to vent or just scream at to get all the frustration out can be the difference between jail time, hell even death, or a good life. As he removed his hand.
"You remind me of myself a bit. Hating the world. But this world is a beautiful thing on very rare occasions." he said between puffs of smoke. "You probably here it all the time from the teachers and others , so I wont say it. So like I said whenever you need to. Pop on over to the studio or come to the black dog to see me." he said with a gentle smile. One he doesn't show often. But she really did remind him of himself in certain ways. Those hate in those eyes. The hate for everyone. He was there not too long ago. Does he still hate the world? Oh hell yea. But he can take a step back from his hatred and see that this world has a lot more to offer than the shit he was born into.

G od , she could really relate . She hated those damn rich kids , despite being one herself . She remembered the time in the beginning of the year where a group of them came up to her , thinking she was poor because of the way she dressed , and started making fun of her . Safe to say , she dished out plenty of knuckle sandwiches .
She didn't know he met most of his band members in school .. It sounded nice , making music with them in class sounded quite fun . She wondered if they were troublemakers too , remembering what he told her about himself previously .
[googlefont="Permanent Marker"] ❝︎ ... six feet under ? ❞︎ she asked , nervously . Yeah , she hated everything that came her way , she refused to make any friends , but dying ? That was .. drastic . He had to have been trying to scare her into having some company , or something .

Her features dropped when he invited her to their studio ... their studio ... her favorite band's studio . She was stunned . Her , casually hanging out with the band , with him ? As if that didn't shock her enough , he also placed his hand on her head , giving her a head pat . Her face instantly flushed red , looking down at the ground , before looking back up at him . If it were anyone else , she'd cut the hand off .

Yeah , I'll be there ! ❞︎ she grinned , still trying to focus with his hand on her hand . She still couldn't believe she was free to visit them whenever she wanted . She was really in for a shock today , apparently she reminded him of himself too .
The world .. " beautiful " . Fat chance . It stopped being beautiful once she started her school life . She wanted to set the world alight . Watch everything , and everyone who ever wronged her , burn .
