I am looking for a cute, slow-burn, mutual geek romantic plot-line! Penny has a lot of interests that can fall into this category, since she is obsessed with fairytales and Ren Faire, which she will undoubtedly drag a future partner into attending. Penny is a super sweet, friendly, and energetic type, and her partner doesn't need to match this, as she is okay with being the foundation for a quieter or more shy person to blossom - and is alright with taking the majority of attention socially (as well as helping someone else get their foot in the door socially if desired). I would prefer it to be a friends to crush type of slow-burn, as I honestly find that theming would be super adorable for Penny.  [break][break]

The type of behaviour you can expect from Penny once the crush forms is typical of a teenage girl, she will get giddy over calls and texts, responding fast and if at home, kicking her feet and blushing. She will be the type to gush and giggle about you to her friends and tbh - once she falls it will likely be super obvious. Probably half of the school if not more will notice. She'll probably make special accessories or things for you (if your character likes those types of things), and will also probably beg to paint your nails and spend lots of time together. One other thing to keep in note is that she is extremely close with her Father and they will likely see him often. [break][break]

This character can either be made as a new one entirely, or if we can co-ordinate and talk things over - can be one that's already on the board.
