Hi. I'm Kynwyl. I've been roleplaying for a long time. I've been on a lot of different sites. Currently, I'm ion a Harry Potter site. I'm also a complete theatre geek, as you can tell from one of Sebastian's posts. I also like watching TV. I forgot to mention Doctor Who on my intro blurb in the Directory. I like the classic shows better. I'm -- I won't go into my feelings about the show, unless anybody asks. Please don't.
My favorite musical is Les Miserables. I also like Pippin, The Phantom of the Opera, though I'm kinda mad at it since it took the longest running Broadway show title away from Les Miserables. I also like Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha. And there's a lot more. Having written that, I have to say I hate the Les Miserables and Sweeney Todd movies due to the singing of its stars, but the murders in Sweeney were amazing!. I miss the homeless from Rent. And honestly, the only bad thing I can say about the movie version of The Phantom of the Opera is that the Phantom had gloves on during "Music of the Night." That makes no sense to me at all.
My favorite play is Equus. When I was fourteen, I stated reading it on a Friday/Saturday. I started at midnight, I think, and I couldn't put it down until I finished it. That was the first play that I read straight through in one sitting. I had to see Daniel Radcliffe in it and he was amazing. The infamous naked scene was done so well. There are a lot of plays I like, but if I list them, I'll age myself. Let's just say I've seen a lot of plays and musicals. I will say I'm probably the only American who dislikes a couple of long plays and it's precisely because they are so long.
I hope to move to England from the United States, but that might not happen until 2025, unfortunately. I was born in England and am an Anglophile.
I have two more characters planned. Leo Church, who is a doctor for the criminal element and Russell Charles Bancroft V, an arrogant moron who hates simple peasants. His mother got him through elementary school and his father will help him get through the academy. Will he know anything by the time he leaves, who knows? But it won't be the academy's fault. Because Leo is for a want ad and deals with the criminal element, I'll probably work on him first and leave the fool for a while.
