 Urijah smiled when James asked his question. "Today? I think there is too many to get through in just one day. We'd have to start early in the morning for me to show you all the cool spots." He teased, wanting an excuse to hang out with him for as long as possible. He nodded when James made his comment. "If that's okay with you and your family, I'd like that." He answered, thinking it'd be nice to have snacks at a friend's house and if it wasn't so much trouble, maybe a sandwich? The idea of spending time with a friend, enjoying a meal sounded nice but he wasn't sure what it'd be like because this would be the first time. He glanced towards the ground. "I just wanted to make sure. You never know, maybe you didn't but had yet to say so." He answered, feeling grateful that James wasn't pushing him away. "Oh, ummm. I go to the library when I have a lot of homework, or linger at the park when I have free time." He answered, rarely having free time because he was busy studying for school. He took a seat on the swing next to James and pushed himself off to get some momentum. "What about you?" He asked, redirecting the question towards James.

[break] [attr="class","double"][break] [attr="class","trouble"][break]  [break] [attr="class","pop"]he shook his head."oh, no i just meant whenever you have time. i didn't mean today. i still have homework to finish. maybe it could be on a friday? that way we don't have to worry about school the next day?"he suggested. then again he wasn't sure how late uri could be out here. not that james could be out here too late either. he could already here the scolding if he even thought about staying out late."oh you said morning so maybe the weekend?...wait is there that many places to see?"he was curious now.
"yeah, i think they would like it if i brought friends from school over. you know so they know i'm actually trying to adjust here."he laughed. his next comment had him shaking his head."no, why would i? i mean you even pushed me on the merry-go-round."
he nodded."i usually do my homework at um, home."it sounded so silly to say that he couldn't help, but laugh."i like to play video games. we should play sometime if you like them too."he offered. Urijah nodded his head before smiling. "Let me know if you'd like help with it." He paused then added, "Or you don't have to if that'd make you feel uncomfortable." The last thing he wanted to do was risk being viewed as a smart aleck. "Lets go Saturday." He suggested, then he'd get all day with James. Okay so there wasn't that many places to see but James didn't need to know that. It'd be an excuse to show him around Wisteria City. He perked up when James mentioned how his parents would like him if he brought friends over. We're friends? He thought to himself before adding, "Yeah, I'd love to come over and hang out with you as friends." He answered, not having very many friends. "Well yeah, but until a moment ago I wasn't sure if you'd be interested in being my friend. No taking it back now." He teased as he listened to James answer his question. "Well I mean if it works, it works." He answers with a smile. "Yeah. I'd like that." He answered, not really getting to play at the orphanage. "Do you like card or board games?" He was curious about James' interest and other hobbies.

[break] [attr="class","double"][break] [attr="class","trouble"][break] [break] [attr="class","pop"]he nodded."i will, but i think for right now i got it. thanks for the offer though."he said the most curious things. first the hanging out thing and now the being uncomfortable with his help. he honestly was such an interesting kid.
they settled on a day for the town tour. he still had time to let his parents know."okay sounds good, do you want to meet at my house or somewhere else?"he wasn't sure how far uri would be coming from if he went directly to his house. james was more than willing to meet him half way.
james laughed at his words."you're weird, but i'll pinky priomise that i won't take it back if that makes you feel better."he joked, but stuck his pinky out towards uri.
he shrugged his shoulders."don't make fun of me, but i don't really play them. not that i don't want to. i mean i've played at school before, but i don't have any at home, but bring some games over and we can play those too."he couldn't ever remember playing any board games with his family. friends at school yes, especially uno. that was his favorite.

Urijah nodded his head when James gave his answer. "Yes. That'd be great." He answered, not quite ready to admit that he lived in an orphanage. He knew a time would come when he should admit it but today wasn't the day. He chuckled when James called him weird and reached out to touch James' pinky with his own. "I won't make fun of you but I can't bring the games over, sorry." He answered, feeling like sooner or later it'd come out that he didn't live at home. "URIJAH!" A voice could be heard from the distance. A woman who wore a dress had shouted for him upon seeing him. "Sorry James. I wanted to walk you home but it looks like I got busted." He answered, slowing down the swing. "Or we can meet here if it works better." He answered, jumping from the swing once it slowed down to a safe speed. The woman clearly looked displeased at the fact he had jumped instead of getting off of the swing once it had come to a stop, viewing it as unsafe. He glanced towards James, hoping for an answer even though the woman was growing impatient.

[break] [attr="class","double"][break] [attr="class","trouble"][break] [break] [attr="class","pop"]james laughed as uri hooks his pinky with his own. there now it was a promise he thought before he nodded at his words."okay, no that's fine."he would probably would have to see what games uri liked. saving his allowance for a game shouldn't take too long. maybe they could pick up a game when they were on their tour of the town or something. he would have to check to see how much allowance he still had. he really wasn't a big spender.
someome shouting uri's name made him turn to look away from him."oh, are you in trouble?"james teased as he assumed it might of been his mother looking for him. though it seemed like he might not get an answer as he watched uri jump off the swing. james also slowed his swing down, but didn't jump off."oh yeah no i'll meet you here. we can agree on a time tomorrow at school."he assumed he had to leave right away and he wasn't going to keep uri any longer than he needed."hurry before you get in more trouble."he smiled and waved at his new friend goodbye. james figured it was probably time for him to head back and finish the last bit of homework he had left.

Urijah chuckled when James asked his question. He wasn't about to clarify that she worked for the orphanage. "Alright. Sounds good." He answered before chuckling to James question. "Nope. I'll explain tomorrow if your still curious." He teased as he turned back in the direction of the orphanage. As soon as he neared the building, he passed by the women who followed him inside.
