Meeting with friends, old and new, was an essential part of one's emotional health. Astrofil was, in truth, more of a seclusive person who was able to drown himself away in the high waters of work, personal hobbies, and activities that were associated with the two latter. He, however, was blessed to have been given... a chance at truly living, with freedom in his hands and the world unveiled right before his eyes the moment he'd seen artistic dancers performing at a lantern-lit festival in his hometown.
Panacea Academy was a time in his life that hadn't yet ended. Many of classmates, many of friends, and several "what ifs" continued to blossom and flourish from those four defining years of his high school experience. He felt he owed it to the campus, to teach the future generations of adults. If he wasn't able to teach them, he felt indebted to at least be of guidance to them, and help the rest of the faculty maintain the high-profile academia that Panacea was known for.
His fellow faculty members he'd attended school with were those in which he was the closest to. Willow Duval, the Head Librarian, was one of his former classmates who he'd befriended and stayed in touch with. Now, in the autumn season of the new school year, Astrofil was arranging meet-ups and casual coffee dates. Willow was a colleague he'd hoped to see as soon as could be in a non-formal setting. While he truly appreciated the backdrop of books that often surrounded their bump-ins at the campus Library, Astrofil wished to truly sit down and actually spend some time with him.
Ah, not just him, of course! Willow had an important companion in his life. A service animal, by the name of Dunkin'.
For ease of access, Astrofil asked Willow to share coffee with him at the more so private side of the Oakwood Hall that was reserved for the adults on campus to share their meals together. The dining options for the faculty was on the more so refined side than for the students, and Astrofil was hopeful that once they'd had their first meet-up together this school year, one of the coffee shops over in Wisteria City would be next.
The ivory haired gentleman dressed in his usual, classier-casual attire with buttoned sleeves and sleek dress coat worn over the front. He stood at the front of the Oakwood hall, beside the entry doorway, and awaited for his friend. Astrofil had arrived early, and wanted to politely wait for the other man before going inside together.
